The vineyards grow in sandy and calcareous soil, which defines the character and uniqueness of our wines.

All our vineyards are trained pursuing a counter espalier system. Pruning using spurs on cordon is applied to Nero d’Avola, l’Insolia and Moscato wines; cane (Guyot) pruning is used for Frappato and Grillo wines.

All these techniques are carried out in compliance with the principles of eco-friendly agriculture.
